Prescription Medications
- Non-returnable: Prescription medications cannot be returned for any reason once they have been shipped, as they are personalized for individual prescriptions.
- Incorrect Dispensing: If there was an error with your order (e.g., wrong medication or dosage), please contact us immediately within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Medical Devices
- Non-returnable: Prescription devices cannot be returned for any reason once they have been shipped, as they are personalized for individual prescriptions.
- Incorrect Dispensing: If there was an error with your order (e.g., wrong device), please contact us immediately within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue. A return may be authorized in cases of dispensing errors
- Defective Devices: If a medical device is defective, please reach out directly to the product manufacturer for resolution.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: If your return is accepted due to a dispensing error, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are only possible for incorrect items and must be requested within 10 days of receipt. In the case of a defective item, please reach out directly to product manufacturer for resolution.
Proof of Purchase – A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase will be required for all returns and exchanges.
